What is ADCGC Course

Advanced Diploma in Child Guidance and Counselling (ADCGC) is a 1-year diploma course through which the candidates enhance their practical knowledge and skills. The course provides practical knowledge and exposure to all the candidates which helps them to learn more about counseling and handling patients. It also provides them with the RCI License which means after the completion of the course the candidates will become RCI Recognized Professionals. Many candidates pursue the course, to start their private practice at their clinic by providing counseling to their patients. Some candidates pursue this course, to increase their knowledge and build their skills. The reasons to give the entrance examination for the course may be different for each candidate but it will remain the same in some way.

To be eligible for the Advanced Diploma in Child Guidance and Counselling (ADCGC), candidates are required to hold a Master’s degree (MA/M.Sc.) in Psychology. Upon successful completion of this diploma program, candidates will be awarded the license of a Vocational Counselor, enabling them to practice in this specialized field.
