Sikkim University announces the online applications for admission to Ph.D Psychology course for the academic session 2020. The Sikkim University is a central university established by an Act of Parliament in 2007. Details related to the course is given below:
Number of Seats: 3 (UR-2, OBC-1)
Eligibility: MA/M.Sc. in Psychology with 55 % marks for General & 50 % for SC/ST/OBC/DA.
Admission procedure: Written entrance test followed by an interview.
Last Date to apply: 31st October 2020
Date of written test: 25th November 2020 (3:00 pm – 5:00 pm)
Date of interview: 26th November 2020 (9:30 am onwards)
The written examination shall be of 2-hour duration from 9:30 AM onwards in respective departments. Timings of written test for Ph.D. have been suitably scheduled to allow candidates appearing in multiple departments. The written examination shall be of 70 marks. The syllabus of the written examination consists of 50 % research methodology and 50% subject-specific.
