Institute of Human Behavior & Allied Sciences (IHBAS) has invited the applications in prescribed format from the eligible candidates for walk-in-skill test for the post of Counsellors for Mobile Mental Health Unit (MMHU) service network of Delhi.
About Mobile Mental Health Unit (MMHU):
The major activities carried out are: Rescue / Engagement into Treatment (Assist the police personal) for destitute wandering homeless mentally ill person as well as Mentally ill person living in families / hostels, Police sensitization, Community sensitization and Active identification of homeless mentally ill persons in the community. Under this programme two multi-disciplinary team along with a mobile van is providing above mentioned services in the community.

The recruitment is purely on contractual basis for a period of 12 month for the project titled “Mobile Mental Health Unit (MMHU) service in Delhi” subject to availability of fund/continuation of project, to be held on the date mentioned against each post in Activity Room, Academic Block, IHBAS Hospital, Dilshad Garden, Delhi – 110095. (Reporting time for candidate on all days between 09:00 AM to 10:00AM)

Number of Post: 11 (UR-7, OBC 2, SC 1, EWS 1)
Essential: M.S.W, MA (Social Work) or MA Psychology
Desirable: Experienced in Health Care institute / Field exercise of at least 2 years along with Computer knowledge.
Fixed Emoluments: ₹67,521/- per month
